Palak Poori

Ingredients:

Wheat flour-1 1/2 cup
Maida-1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Oil-for deep frying
Palak (spinach)-2 small bunches
Cumin seeds powder-1 table spoon
Coriander seeds powder-1/2 table spoon
Green chilies-8

Method:

Remove stalks of spinach wash it and team cook it in a vessel for 3-4 minutes allow to cool now run spinach,green chilies and salt in the pixie and add the paste  to the flour, cumin and coriander seeds powder mix into a tight dough and allow to set for 1/2 an hour and press like poori’s and deep fry in hot oil serve hot.
