RAWA PONGAL

Ingredients:
Upma rawa- 1 cup
Green gram dhal – 1/4 cup
Green chillies – 6
Cumin seeds – 1 table spoon
Black pepper – 8
Salt to taste
Curry and coriander leaves
Ghee-2 table spoon
Oil – 2 table spoon
Bengal gram dhal – 1 table spoon
Black gram dhal – 1 table spoon
Turmeric- 1/2 tea spoon
Method:
Roast rawa in a table spoon of oil till warm and keep aside.Boil green gram dhal in cooker and run in mixie to paste to 3 cups of liquid adding water to it. In a vessel take oil and ghee add mustard seeds to it when they splutter add cumin seeds , Bengal gram dhal black gram dhal silted green chillies and fry for a while add peper powder,turmeric,salt,and the dhal water of 3 cups keep to boil when it turns to boiling point in low flame keep stirring add rawa slowly and keep mixing till it tight tens low flame serve hot with  ghee on top with coconut chutney or chilli rosted gram powder.
