Bengal Gram Chutney

Ingredients Required:

Beaten bengal gram: 150 gms

Coconut: 1/2

Tamarind: lemon size

Green chilli:

Or dry chillies: 10 nos.

Coriander leaf: a little

Curry leaf: 4 strings

Salt: suitably

Oil: 2 spoons

Method of Preparation:

First roast the beaten Bengal gram. add tamarind, salt grated coconut, green chilies, curry leaf, coriander leaf all to this and grind in a mixie. after grinding season it with mustard in pan of little oil.

Fry ground nut seeds, peel the skin and separate the same. add grated coconut, green chillies, lemon size tamarind, small pieces of onion, salt and grind it well. season it with mustard and asafoetida.
