Groundnut Chutney

Ingredients Required:

Ground nut seeds: 100gms.

Green chillies: 6 nos.

Coconut: 1/4 kg

Onion: 2 nos.

Salt: according to your taste

Oil: a little.

Mustard: 1 spoon

Asafoetida: one pinch.

Method of Preparation:

Peal the field bean from its pods. Cut the inside kermel of coconut into small pieces. Fry coconut, green chillies then put the same in a grinding stone and grind. after grinding the same season it with mustard in a pan of little oil.
