CABBAGE PAROTA

Ingredients:
cabbage-1
Wheat flour-1/2kg
Cumin seeds powder-1table spoon
Salt to taste
Onions-2
Coriander seeds powder-8-10
Curry and coriander leaves
Rice flour-to knead
Oil-5 table spoon
Garlic paste-1 table spoon
Green chilli paste-2 table spoons
turmeric powder-1/4 spoon
Method:
Mix the dough adding 2 table spoons of oil and water mix like chapatti dough.Grate onions and cabbage using a grater.In a pan take 2 table spoons of oil and add the grated cabbage and onions fry closing the lid till soft add green chilli paste. Coriander and cumin seeds powder, turmeric,garlic paste fry well and remove from fire allow the mixture to cool and prepare small balls out of it and use as stuff in the parata and knead using rice flour for kneading roast on the tawa with oil or ghee,serve hot with butter on the top if necessary.
