BREAD UPMA 2

Ingredients:

  1. Bread-1 pound
  2. Onions-2
  3. Green chillies-8-10
  4. Lemon-1
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Roasted gram-2 table spoon
  7. Ground nuts-3 table spoon
  8. Oil 4-6 table spoon

Method:

  1. Make bread pieces into square shape forming 1 inch square.
  2. Cut onions in square shape.
  3. Powder ground nuts and roasted gram in the mixie coarsely.  
  4. In a pan take oil add mustard seeds to it when they splutter 
  5. Add onions when they turn transparent add powder run in the mixie and fry for 3-4 minutes 
  6. Add green chilli paste,salt,turmeric,squeeze lemon and then mix with the bread hate up lightly and serve immediately.
  7. You must heat just before you serve.
